For residents of Ukraine, payment is available by transfer to the PrivatBank card. Transaction can be done in any convenient way for you:

- through the PrivatBank terminal
- through your online banking, if you have a card of another bank.

General information and Tips
- If you want to receive an order for a specific date or holiday (Birthday, Christmas, Groundhog Day, etc.), please contact us to clarify the delivery date.
- Some products on the site may be available for pre-order or manufactured individually. In this case, you should add the manufacturing time (specified in the product description) to the time of delivery.
- Each parcel is securely packed and sent with a tracking number, so you can find out where it is at any time.
- Please enter a valid shipping address. If you are almost never at home, enter your work address.
- If you were not at home at the time of delivery, you will receive a notification and a re-delivery schedule. The parcel will be waiting for you at the nearest post office for two weeks. After this time, the parcel will be sent back.

All our products are custom-made and therefore, for reasons not related to quality problems and / or manufacturing errors, cannot be returned. For example, we cannot accept returns if you ordered the wrong size or color. If the return of the goods takes place (for reasons related to quality problems and / or manufacturing errors), then the refund or re-sending goods is carried out by individual agreement with the buyer as soon as possible.
